Uniform Return/Exchange Policy
Effective May 1st, 2012
Returns and/or exchanges will only be accepted within 30 DAYS from the date of pickup in-store or date delivered to division. Returns and/or exchanges are only accepted on unwashed, unworn, and clean items in resalable condition that display original tags and/or packaging. Exchanges or returns on washed/worn items and items that have had specialty alterations will not be accepted.
Items that have standard alterations (trouser hem, shoulder emblem, etc) will incur an $8 restocking fee per item at the time of return or exchange.
Items with specialty alterations cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Waist adjustments
- Inseam lengths less than 28 inches
- Maternity alterations
- Other custom alterations performed at Galls or elsewhere
Returns and exchanges can be performed in person at either Galls Chicago location or mailed to the Madison Street location listed below. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip for mail returns.

MIS-SHIPMENT POLICY
Claims for mis-shipped items must be made within 14 DAYS of delivery to division. Please check ordered items thoroughly upon receipt for accuracy.
